通过事例论述了社会主义市场经济条件下高校思想政治工作所处的地位、应遵循的原则和采取的方法。思想政治工作是高校改革和发展的保证 ,应坚持虚实结合、内外结合、主客体结合、走出去与请进来结合的四结合原则 ,其工作方法有九种 :调研法、灌输法、说理法、示范法、关爱法、参与法、对话法。

Discussed the position, principle and method of works of thought and politics of higher school under socialist market economy through example. Works of thought and development ought to uphold principles of four kinds of combination that false and true, inside and outside, going out and inviting in, subject and object. There are nine kinds methods: making investigations studying, imbue, argue, set an example, show concern for, partake in, dialogue, encourage and guide.
