外源siRNA诱导家蚕先天免疫应答

摘要 LPS是众所周知的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP),能激活昆虫的先天免疫应答。在LPS和siRNA诱导后相关基因的相似应答说明siRNA在家蚕先天免疫应答中也能充当PAMP。注射siRNA广泛应用于昆虫内源性基因的沉默和研究基因的功能。在这个研究里,我们报道了家蚕在LPS和siRNA诱导后黑化作用相关基因的转录水平。
