针对电真空器件中应用广泛的由云母材料加工成的某云母片平板制件,具有形状复杂、内孔多而密、小而异形、尺寸精度要求高等特点,分析了冲压工艺与模具设计的难点,设计了不同于常规结构精密复合模,对模具结构特点和合理使用作了介绍,为类似制件的模具设计提供借鉴和参考。
