摘要
讨论了针阀式分喷嘴设计,涉及锥销头阀针的锥角、轴向锁紧、阀针直径、浇口痕迹和分喷嘴结构。提出了塑料熔体在针阀式喷嘴的环隙通道里,流率和压力损失的计算方法。
This paper is analyzed for design shut off nozzles, about lock on angled tip of tin, pin diameter, gate leaves vestige and nozzle construction. To compute method for flow rate and pressure drop in ring cylinder channel of shut-off nozzles are described.
