摘要
采用Flow3D软件对薄壁圆筒类铸件压铸过程中铝液的填充过程进行模拟,采用最佳进浇方式减小铸件内部孔洞类缺陷,提高铸件的合格率。
The Flow3D software is adopted to thin wall cylinder parts die-casting process of aluminous liquid during the filling process was simulated, the best way to into the water the decreasing part inside hole defects, improve the qualified rate of parts.
