摘要
[目的]探讨看图对话工具对2型糖尿病病人自护行为的影响。[方法]将101例2型糖尿病病人按健康教育方式分为两组,观察组利用国际糖尿病联盟推出的4幅"看图对话"工具进行互动式教育,对照组利用多媒体进行糖尿病常规教育,进行6个月的教育及随访,比较两组干预效果。[结果]两组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、三酰甘油及自我护理行为比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用看图对话工具进行健康教育可促进2型糖尿病病人自我管理行为的建立与提高,可有效改善代谢指标。
Objective:To probe into the influence of figure dialogue tools on self - care behavior of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: A total of 101 patients with type 2 diabetes based on health education way were divided into two groups, observation group patients with the inter- national diabetes federation launched four picture "dialogue" tools for in- teractive education, normal control group using multimedia to diabetes education,carries on the education and follow- up of 6 months. Results: The two groups after intervention in fasting plasma glucose, 2 h post- prandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, three acyl glycer- in and self- care behavior difference was statistically significant (P(0. 05).
