摘要
[目的]对实施项目化教学计划、组织、过程和成果进行有效监控、反馈和不断改进。[方法]在2011级护理专业学生实施项目化教学中,采用CIPP评价模式对项目化课程教学实施与教学管理的4个阶段即"背景、输入、过程和成果"全程进行评价,并采用自行设计的调查问卷了解学生对过程评价影响自身学习效果的评价。[结果]CIPP评价模式能为课程的顺利实施和改进提供保证,调查问卷显示学生较肯定过程评价对自身学习的帮助。[结论]CIPP评价模式能有效地对项目化课程进行全程监控并提供改进和决策依据。
Objective: To the teaching plan of project implementation, organization, process and outcomes of effective monitoring, feedback and continuous improvement. Methods. In 2011 in the teaching of nurs- ing students~ project,use CIPP courses teaching and teaching manage- ment of the project 4 - order, that context, input, process and outcome in the whole evaluation and designed a questionnaire about the evalua- tion process may affect their learning of student evaluation. Results: CIPP evaluation pattern can provide a guarantee for the smooth implemen- tation and improvement of the course, Survey shows students' evaluation of their own learning process to help. Conclusion-CIPP evaluation pattern can be effectively monitored and provides improvements to the project of course and decision - making.
