制冷循环系统废热再生交换器的应用与设计研究

摘要 制冷循环系统废热再生交换器及其应用采用了一系列有效措施,可以对制冷系统废热进行收集,并使高温的废热与冷水进行有效地热交换,产出热水。该装置废热回收率高;一年四季稳定供应热水;产品在制冷系统中的安装、运行、水温自动调节、水垢清洗、保温效果都很好;投资小,经济效益和社会效益显著。 A renewable exchanging device by waste heat with the system of the refrigerating circulation and its application adopt a series of effective measures and make it a reality that waste heater produced by the refrigerating system can be gained and that the heat between the waste heat under the high temperature and the cold water can be effectively exchanged, and consequently hot water will be produced. The device has a high renewable capability. For a whole year, hot water can be steadily produced. In the whole operating refrigerating system, its installation, operation, automatic regulation of water temperature, cleanup of scale and its result of preserving temperature meet the anticipated demands. Another benefit is a litter sum of investment but a large and remarkable amount of economical and social benefits.
