Survey of status quo of related knowledge level and self-management behavior of stroke patients at convalescence

[目的]了解脑卒中恢复期病人卒中防治知识得分水平及自我管理行为现状,探讨病人的脑卒中防治知识对其自我管理行为的影响。[方法]采用便利抽样的方法,抽取某市3所三级甲等医院的295例住院病人进行调查,调查工具为脑卒中防治知识量表和自我管理行为调查量表。[结果]64.74%脑卒中恢复期病人对脑卒中防治知识的总体掌握差,46.10%的病人自我管理行为差;脑卒中恢复期病人卒中防治知识与自我管理行为呈正相关;用药知识与自我管理行为各维度相关性均有统计学意义,而脑卒中处理知识则与自我管理行为总体无明显相关关系。[结论]脑卒中恢复期病人的疾病相关知识和自我管理行为有待强化;脑卒中防治知识会影响病人自我管理行为;建议加强用药知识等健康教育。

Objective： To know about stroke prevention knowledge score level of stroke patients in convalescence and status quo of their self - man- agement behavior, to probe into influence of the patients＇ stroke prevention knowledge on their self - management behaviors. Methods：A total of 295 cases of inpatients in three three grade A hospitals in a city were drew and investigated by using convenience sampling method, the survey tool was stroke prevention knowledge scale and self - management behavior survey scale. Results：The grasp of stroke prevention knowledge of 64.74% of pa- tients in convalescence was poor,46.10% of patients had poor self - man- agement behavior, stroke prevention knowledge of stroke patients in conva- lescence were positively correlated with self- management behaviors lthere were statistically significant correlations between medication knowledge and self- management behaviors in all dimensions,while there was gener- ally no significant correlation between stroke treatment knowledge and self- management behaviors. Conclusion： The disease - related knowledge and self- management behavior of stroke patients in convalescence needs to be strengthened. Stroke prevention knowledge would affect patients ＇ self- management behavior, and it proposed to strengthen the health education including medication knowledge.
