摘要
以苜蓿(高产紫花苜蓿×高抗黄花苜蓿)的F2家系作为构图群体,构建了苜蓿RAPD遗传连锁图谱。对94个F2家系考察了包括产量在内的16个重要农艺性状。利用单标记法分析了这16个数量性状基因座位(QTL)。16个农艺性状共检测到了26个QTL,其中,鲜重的QTL 5个;控制干重的QTL 1个;株高的QTL 1个;主茎高的QTL 1个;分枝数的QTL1个;幅宽的QTL 2个;抗寒性的QTL 6个;蛋白质的QTL 3个;Ash的QTL1个;糖分的QTL 1个;P的QTL 3个;Ca的QTL 1个,分别被定位于8条连锁群上。
Genetic map of Medicago sativa L. X Medicago falcata L. were constructed based on RAPD markers with F2 population. 16 main agronomic traits of 94 F2 populations (including yield) were tested. Using single marker method the 16 trait locus(QTL) were analyzed. 26 QTLs were related to the 16 agronomic traits. 5 QTLs were related to fresh weight of individual; 1 QTL was related to dry weight of individual; 1 QTL was related to height; 1 QTL was related to main height;2 QTLs were related to the number of branches ; 1 QTL was related to width; 6 QTLs were related to cold resistance. 3 QTLs were related to protein; 1 QTL was'related to Ash; 1 QTL was related to sugar; 3 QTLs were related to P;1 QTL was related to Ca. They were located on 8 linkage groups separately.
