摘要
提出了一种线圈缠绕式电磁感应水处理装置及其水处理方法,阐述了其工作原理以及达到其最佳处理效果的关键技术:通过PWM信号产生双极性脉冲馈入LC电路产生谐振,并采用自动频率跟踪系统对其脉冲的输出频率进行实时调整,使谐振电路输出最优频率的正弦波电流,产生高频变化的电磁场,使得处于该电磁场中的水中成垢离子结合成大量的文石晶核,从而达到其水处理的目的;通过实验表明:该水处理装置在保证了原有的防污、除垢等功能的同时,对环境的适应力更强。
A kind of electromagnetic induction method to purity water with coil winding has been presented. The principle of the device and the key technology was given in order to get to the best effect. It uses bipolar pulse PWM signal in order to produce the LC circuit resonance. Design of the high-frequency bipolar pulse generating circuit uses automatic frequency tracking system to adjust its output pulse frequency. Its resonant inductor output frequency power of optimal frequency sine wave could cause scale- forming ions in the water to become a lot of aragonite nuclei in the electromagnetic field, as to achieve the purpose of water treatment. The experiments show that besides the antifouling, cleaning and other functions of water treatment device, the adaptation to environment is better.
