P53基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达及与细胞质胸苷激酶关系的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 宫颈癌是全世界最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其预后与宫颈癌细胞的生物学特征密切相关。胸腺嘧啶核苷激酶(thymidinekinase,TK)是将胸腺嘧啶核苷合成DNA的关键酶,在人体内存在两种同工酶:细胞质TK(TK1)和线粒体TK(TK2),其中,TK1与DNA合成正相关,是评估细胞增殖程度的重要标志之一。TK1含量越高,提示处于G2期的细胞数越多,组织增生越活跃。研究发现,健康人体血清中TK1含量极低,而恶性肿瘤患者血清中TK1患者含量明显升高。
