龙血竭外敷治疗褥疮疗效与安全性的系统评价 被引量:14

Effectiveness and Safety of Resina Draconis for Pressure Ulcer: A Systematic Review

摘要 目的系统评价中成药龙血竭外敷治疗褥疮的疗效与安全性。方法计算机检索he Cochrane Library(2013年第4期)、PubMed、Elsevier SDOL、Web of Knowledge、CBM、CNKI、VIP和WanFang Data,查找有关龙血竭外敷治疗褥疮的随机对照试验,检索时限均为从建库至2013年5月。同时追溯纳入文献的参考文献。由2位评价者按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价质量后,采用RevMan 5.2.4软件进行统计分析。结果最终纳入14个随机对照试验,共610例患者。Meta分析结果显示,龙血竭组治疗褥疮有效率高于对照组[RR=1.17,95%CI(1.08,1.26),P<0.000 1]。描述性分析结果显示,龙血竭组褥疮疮口治愈时间明显短于对照组。在不良反应方面,尚未见龙血竭的严重不良反应报告。结论与其他药物治疗相比,龙血竭治疗褥疮更有效,且能缩短褥疮的愈合时间,安全性较好。但由于本次评价纳入研究数量较少,且质量不高,上述结论尚需更多高质量研究加以验证。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Resina Draconis for pressure ulcer. Methods Such databases as The Cochrane Library (Issue 4, 2013), PubMed, Elsevier SDOL, Web of Knowledge, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang Data were searched from inception to May 2013 to collect randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about Resina Draconis for pressure ulcer. Two reviewers were assigned to independently screen the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extract data, and appraise the methodological quality. Then, meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.2.4 software. Results A total of 14 RCTs were included, involving 610 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that, Resina Draconis treatment were associated with a higher effective rate for pressure ulcer (RR=1.17, 95%CI 1.08 to 1.26, P〈0.000 1). The results of descriptive analysis showed that, compared with the control group, Resina Draconis treatment shortened healing time. As for safety, adverse reactions had not been reported. Conclusion Resina Draconis can improve the effective rate for pressure ulcer and shorten the healing time, compared with other drug treatments. However, due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies, this conclusion needs to be proved by more high quality studies.
