A Study of Project Organizational Agility Effect Mechanism for Complex Product and System

本文通过对项目组织结构理论和敏捷性作用机理研究的梳理,提出基于"项目组织结构特征-敏捷性-项目效益"三维度因素的复杂产品系统项目组织敏捷性作用模型,采用结构方程模型方法实证分析了以敏捷性为中间变量,项目组织结构对项目效益的影响作用,最后提出了供复杂产品系统项目团队借鉴的管理项目组织的启示与建议。

Based on the theory of project organization and the effect mechanism for agility, this paper establishes a theoretic model based on three dimensions ＂organization structure characteristics-agility-benefits of complex product and systems＂. This empirical study which uses agility as the intermediate variable applies structural equation model to examine the factors of organization structure that influences the project benefits. The result could provide a reference of project organization management for project team of complex product and systems.
