The Paper analyses the present of the mangement in the industrialization of agriculture in Henan province.Thinking that the management of the industrialization of agriculture in Henan province began in the middle of 1980's;It is still primary stage at present.Six kinds of mangement form and the questions that existed in the mangement of the industrialization of agriculture in Henan province are analysed.Therefore,we put forward the measures and Counter-measures of the mangement of the industrialization of agriculture in Henan province.It provides reference for the policy decision of leadership.
