摘要
[目的]探讨不同浓度噻苯隆(TDZ)对糙皮侧耳生长的影响。[方法]通过在培养基中添加不同浓度TDZ,观察糙皮侧耳菌丝生长与子实体产量、品质的变化。[结果]在一定的浓度范围内,TDZ对糙皮侧耳的菌丝生长、子实体产量与品质的提高有促进作用。其中TDZ0.50、1.00 mg/L对菌丝生长的促进作用最大,菌丝生长速度可达16.18~16.82 mm/d;栽培料中添加TDZ 0.50~1.00 mg/L,可使子实体生物学转化率提高到128%~131%,同时对蛋白质与多糖的含量也有促进提高作用;同等浓度下,TDZ对产量与品质的促进作用优于6-BA与三十烷醇。[结论]培养基中添加0.50~1.00 mg/L TDZ对糙皮侧耳生长有促进作用。
[Objective] The aim was to find the effect of TDZ on growth of mycelimn and fruiting body in Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr) Kummer. [Method] The change of mycelium growlh rate, yield and quality of fruiting body were observed, by adding Thidiazuron (TDZ) to medium. [Result] The resuhs showed that mycelimn growlh rate. yiehl and quality of fruiting body were increased by using medium with TDZ in a range of 0.50 - 1.00 mg/L. M veelium growth rate of 16.18-16.82 mm/d and biological conversion rale of 128%- 131% could be achieved when 0.50-1.00 mg/L TDZ added in medium. There were increase in amounl of protein and polysaccharose in fruiting body when mycelium growing in medium with TDZ. The effect of TI)Z on yield and qualily of fi'uiting body was better than 6-BA and triaeontanol in same eoneentralion. [Conclusion] Mycelium growth rate and fruiting body yield were inereased in medium wilh TDZ from 0. 5 to 1.0 mg/L.
