摘要
目的探讨静脉输液质量管理小组实施分层次管理的方法和效果。方法 2012年,按照能级对应原则对某三甲综合医院静脉输液质量管理小组成员进行分层次管理,比较实施前后二年护士静脉输液操作及理论考试成绩以及输液相关事件,采用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果实施后,护士静脉输液理论、操作考试均分高于实施前,静脉炎等输液相关事件的发生率低于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理能够充分发挥静脉输液质量管理小组组员的知识和技能,减少输液相关事件的发生率。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of hierarchical management at intravenous infusion quality management team. Methods According ability and rank principle, hierarchical management was implemented at intravenous infusion quality management team, then compared the intravenous infusion operating and theory test, incidence of infusionrelated events before and after implementation, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS13.0. Results After implementation, the average score of nurses on theory and the operation of intravenous infusion was higher than brfore, the incidence of phlebitis, catheter blockage, fluid leakage and extravasation were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant (P^0.05). Conclusion Hierarchically management can give full play to the team members with the knowledge and skills, optimize venous infusion treatment effect .
