兔淋巴球囊和盲肠的组织学与组织化学及机能探讨(Ⅱ)——兔淋巴球囊和盲肠的演化与生长发育

Studies on Histology and Histochemistry and Function of the Lymphoid Sacculus and Intestinum Caecum of Rabbit (Ⅱ) ——The Evolvement and Growth of the Lymphoid Sacculus and Intestinum Caecum of Rabbit

通过对出生后不同时期的兔淋巴球囊及盲肠的解剖学和组织学观察 ,发现兔淋巴球囊及盲肠在出生后随年龄的增长逐渐发育完善。特别是淋巴球囊 ,在断奶进食后 ,受食物及外界抗原的刺激 ,生长发育显著。再次证实兔淋巴球囊是外周免疫器官 ,主要行使体液免疫及消化吸收功能。其中 ,圆小囊部是由回肠演化发育而来 ,盾形淋巴团是由盲肠演化发育而来。

By studying and observation on anatomy and histology of the lymphoid sacculus and intestinum caecum of the rabbit's different growing stages, it has been discovered that the lymphoid sacculus and intestium caecum gradually grow up with the age of the rabbit after it was born. Specially after the rabbit is weaned and begins to take food, the lymphoid sacculus grow up obviously by stimulation of food and external antigen. It has been proved again that the lymphoid sacculus of the rabbit is the peripheral organ. Its main function is humoral immunity, digestion and obsorption. Among the lymphoid sacculus, the round sacculus evolves from the ileum, and the sheild-form lymphoid evolves from the caecum.
