脑卒中后运动功能康复的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 运动功能障碍是脑卒中后最早、最主要的表现,也是限制患者日常生活活动能力和生活质量的主要因素,促进并改善患者运动功能是脑卒中康复的中心任务。目前,广泛应用的康复手段是以促进神经功能恢复和脑功能重塑等理论发展而来的治疗体系。现代康复理论认为,脑卒中后中枢神经系统在结构或功能上具有重组能力或可塑性,部分神经元在适宜的情况下可再生,康复治疗的目的就是结合适宜的治疗时间,适当的治疗强度,综合的治疗手段实现患者正常运动模式的形成,以期促进其运动功能的恢复,减轻残疾,提高生活质量,使之最大限度的回归社会,回归家庭。
