摘要
本文介绍了三代先进非能动型主泵屏蔽电机用高强度支撑筒非标材料UNILOY 888的热处理工艺。通过分析对比,拟定多种热处理方案,最终通过验证、筛选、固化工艺。试验数据表明,优选热处理制度下获得的性能略优于国外同材料,填补了国内空白。
This paper studied the heat treatment process of UNILOY 888 non-standard high strength material used in motor of the Third Generation Advanced passive coolant pump. Through comparison and analysis, a variety of heat treatments were developed, and finally passed through validation, screening, curing process. Experimental data show that the performance under the optimum heat treatment conditions is slightly better than that of similar foreign materials, filling the domestic blank.
