摘要 本文测定了经不同热处理的00Cr13Ni5Mo在蒸馏水中的抗空蚀性能。通过分析力学性能与12h累积失重的关系确定了抗拉强度、屈服强度、布氏硬度是影响材料抗空蚀性能的关键因素,同时较高的冲击功与延伸率有利于提高抗空蚀性能。00Cr13Ni5Mo在回火过程中会发生奥氏体逆转变,逆变奥氏体的存在使材料在具有较高强度的同时还具有良好的韧性。由于具有较高的逆变奥氏体量,经过650℃回火的试样的耐空蚀性能比550℃~600℃回火的更好。 Cavitation erosion resistance of 00Crl3Ni5Mo steel heat-treated at different temperature was tested in distilled water, and the relationship between mechanical properties and accumulative weight loss at 12 hours were investigated. It was revealed that tensile strength, yield strength and hardness are the main influencing factors to cavitation erosion resistance, and good impact ductility and high elongation are also beneficial to improving cavitation erosion resistance. Austenite reversion was found in tempering, which endue 00Crl3Ni5Mo steel with good toughness as well as high hardness. And the sample tempered at 650℃ has a better cavitation erosion resistance than that tempered at 550℃ - 600 ℃ for its higher reversed austenite volume.
