摘要
研究了不同作物秸秆腐解过程中土壤微生物量 C、N、P的变化 ,结果表明 :当玉米、谷子、马铃薯和苜蓿秸秆施入土壤后 ,其微生物量 C、N、P明显增高。不同的秸秆在腐解过程中微生物量 C和 P有相同的变化趋势 ,即施入秸秆后 0~ 15天快速增加 ,然后缓慢下降 ,4 5天时降至最低。 4 5~ 6 0天又出现一个上升阶段 ,之后又下降。不同秸秆的微生物量 N差异较大。比较 4种秸秆 ,在腐解的整个过程中土壤微生物量 C表现为玉米 >谷子 >苜蓿 >马铃薯 ,这一趋势与它们的 C/
The results of studying on soil microbial biomass during decomposition of crop straws shown: after the straws of corn, millet, potato and alfalfa have been applied in soil, microbial biomass C, N and P increased obviously. The microbial biomass C and N had a same change during the decomposition of different crop straws. They increased rapidly in 0~15 days after straws have been applied, and then slowly decreased until 45th day. During 45~60 days there are an increasing period, then they fallen down. Microbial biomass N in the soil with different straws has great differences. Compared with the four straws in the soil,the microbial biomass C of corn straw > millet straw > alfalfa straw > potato straw. This tendency comports with the ratios of C/N in the straws.
