摘要
过去十多年，在中国大规模的高速铁路、高速公路建设热潮中，市政基础没施建设毫不引人关注。但事实上，由于中国幅员辽阔、人口众多，近300个地级市，近400个县级市加上1600余个县，整个市政基础没施建设的规模是非常庞大的。
On July 31, 2013, Premier Li Keqiang chaired a state council executive meeting, deploying to strengthen the construction of urban infrastructure.On Sept. 16, Opinions of t he State Counci l on Streng t hening t he Construction of Urban Infrastructure was promulgated. As the first document promulgated by the State Council on urban infrastructure construction, it analyzes key fields and implementation steps for the comprehensive enhancement of urban infrastructure construction. In the future, great development opportunity will be created for urban infrastructure construction in China. On t his issue, we specia lly interviewed leader in the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC), industrial experts and representatives of construction units to discuss on investment scale, characteristics, trends and others for urban infrastructure construction currently.
