摘要
本文以胞质内显微注射法制备小鼠的双雄核胚为例 。
In this paper,the method of preparing the simpie micromanipulating instrument for the intracytoplasmic microinjection and its application to nuclear transfer taking the reconstituted androgenetic embryos in mice as an example were described and discussed.
