社区共管下自然保护区周边社区农民生计改善研究——以云南纳版河流域国家级自然保护区小糯有上寨为例

On the Study of Enabling Farmers' Livelihood Change in the Context of Community Based Co- management——Taking the Case Study from Xiao Nuo You Shang Zhai Naban He National Nature Reserve Yunnan Province

社区共管作为自然保护区管理的一种新方式逐渐在我国得到运用,它在改善农民生计、促进社区发展以及缓和保护区与社区冲突矛盾方面发挥着重要的作用。以云南纳版河流域国家级自然保护区小糯有上寨为例,总结促进农民生计改善的基本经验,探讨社区共管过程下影响农民生计持续改善的制约因素,从而提出了社区共管下自然保护区周边社区农民生计改善的主要建议。

It is no doubt that community based co - management, as a new management way in nature reserve, which has been in creasingly used in China. Generally speaking,community based co -management plays an important role in changing the farmers＇ live-lihood, promoting the development of community and alleviating the conflicts between community and nature reserve. This paper chose Xiao Nuo You Shang Zhal, NabanHe National Nature Reserve, Yunnan Province as the example. It summarized the situation of farm ers＇ livelihood change in this community. And then the following analyzed the problems that would affect farmers ＇ sustainable livelihood change in the context of community based co - management. Finally, it provided several suggestions for enabling farmers ＇ livelihood change in community based co - management.
