疝与腹壁外科的前沿和争议 被引量:5

摘要 20世纪后期,疝与腹壁外科的发展使人们逐渐认识到大多数成年人的腹壁缺损并非是由于解剖学异常引起的,而是与胶原代谢异常所引起的结缔组织损害、生存时间延长、吸烟或者基因表达异常有关.目前,外科医师已达成共识:在有张力的情况下,进行缝合修补的手术方式迟早会被淘汰.所幸的是,随着材料学的发展,假体补片已被临床实践反复证明具有良好的组织耐受性和手术成功率.
