力月西、瑞芬太尼复合局麻在V-P分流术中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨力月西、瑞芬太尼复合局麻在神志清楚可合作病人行V-P分流术中的应用效果。方法 30例行V-P分流术患者采用力月西、瑞芬太尼复合局麻,记录患者麻醉前、穿刺颅骨、分离隧道时的平均动脉压、心率、血氧饱和度。术后评估麻醉效果。结果患者血压、心率和血氧饱和度在各记录点之间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。27例患者麻醉效果优秀,3例患者麻醉效果良好。所有患者术中均清醒和顺利完成手术。结论力月西、瑞芬太尼复合局麻可安全用于V-P分流术,能满足手术的需要。 Objective To investigate the application of midazolam and remifentanil combined with local anesthesia in V-P bypass. Methods Thirty patients underwent V-P bypass were administered with midazolarn and remifentanil combined with local anesthesia.The MAP, HR, SPO 2 of before anesthesia, punctre skull, split tunneling in all patients were recorded.The anesthetic effect was assessed postoperation. Results No significant difference in MAP, HR, SPO 2 was found among three recording time. Excellent anesthetic effect was observed in twenty-seven patients. Good anesthetic effect was observed in three patients. Conclusion Midazolam and remifentanil combined with local anesthesia can be applied in V-P bypass and satisfy surgery requirement
