串级PID控制在污水处理中的应用

针对城市污水处理过程,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC和WinCC组态软件的曝气池溶解氧量的控制系统,阐述了串级PID在城市污水处理领域的应用。实践表明,该系统能够满足自动控制要求,并且具有先进、可靠、控制性能好等优点。

This paper designs this control system that is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC （Programable Logic Controller） and Wincc SCADA（Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition） for the city-wasted-water-treatment,and expound the way we use the cascade PID control system in this sphere.This system fitted all the automatic＇control requirements in practical applica- tion.and it＇s advanced,robust.
