摘要
针对间歇式液相本体法合成聚丙烯过程中的非线性、时变性和纯滞后特性,基于JX-300X型集散控制系统给出了一种PID与模糊控制相结合的控制方案,并详细介绍了反应升温阶段模糊控制的方案设计。运行结果表明,该方案在预升温阶段时间短、反应升温阶段控制精度高、恒温恒压阶段超调小,达到设计要求。
Aiming at the features of intermittent liquid-phase bulk polymerization reaction of propylene,e.g.,nonlinear,time varying and pure time delay.Based on JX-300X DCS,the control strategy that is composed of PID and fuzzy control is given.The fuzzy control strategy in the heating phase is also introduced in detail in this paper.The result of operation shows that the strategy offers short time in Pre heating phase,high control accuracy in heating phase,and small overshooting in constant tempearature and pressure phase,to meet the requirement of design.
