基于C8051F020的蓄电池充电系统的研究与设计

摘要 针对蓄电池厂家对制造的蓄电池检测的需求,设计了一种控制响应速度快,智能化程度高,可自动记录和存储数据的充电系统。采用双管反激DC/DC变换电路作为主电路,由C8051F020产生的PWM信号控制功率MOSFET的开关,以产生所需的电流或电压。试验结果表明充电方法可行,精度较高。 On account of the need of test of the accumulator which accumulator factory is made,a recharge system which has a fast dynamic response control system,high intelligence and recording and storing data automatically is designed in this pa- per.Double switch flyback converter topology is used as the power circuit,the on and off of the power MOSFET is con- trolled by the PWM signal which is created by C8051F020 and create the current or voltage which we need.The experi- mental result shows that this recharge system is available and has a high accuracy.
