摘要
通过动态偏离-份额分析法分析延边地区产业结构优劣、竞争力的强弱、总偏离等,并以此回顾西部大开发以来延边地区产业结构调整的成果,评价未来产业结构调整方向,进而提出符合延边地区实际的发展战略。动态偏离-份额分析模型结果显示,延边地区的实际增长额小于假定的地区份额,延边地区各产业皆处于区位竞争劣势,其中第一、第三产业总偏离也为负值。而第二产业的发展势头尚可,其增长主要来自产业内部结构优势。
Based on dynamic shift-share analysis, the industrial structure of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed herein, then achievements of industrial structure adjustment since the implementation of Western Development strategy are reviewed and the future industrial restructuring is evaluated, The result shows that the actual amount of growth is less than the assumed share, and all the industries in this area have competitive disadvantages. Total deviations of the primary and tertiary industries are both negative. Development tendency of the secondary industry is acceptable, and its growth is mainly lies in the internal structure of industry.
