摘要
报道一种利用不同浓度的苯酚对大环二价铜配合物催化的B-Z化学振荡体系的扰动来检测苯酚的方法.大环铜配合物[CuL](ClO4)2是一种类似卟啉环的化合物,其中L为5,7,7,12,14,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂十四-4,11-二烯.实验表明苯酚可以造成大环二价铜配合物催化的B-Z振荡体系的振幅急剧增大.苯酚浓度的对数在2.0×10-7~2.5×10-3M的范围内与振幅的增加值呈正比例的关系,其相关系数为0.994 5.讨论了苯酚对体系扰动的可能机制.
In the paper, a method was reported for determination of phenol by its perturbation effect caused by different concentration of phenol on the maerocyclic Cu (II) complex - catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky oscillating system. The macrocyclic Cu ( II ) complex [ CuL] ( C104 ) 2, in which L is 5,7,7,12,14,14- hexamethyl- 1,4,8,11 - tetraazacyclotetradeca -4,11 -diene, is a porphyrin-like compound. The experiments indicated that phenol caused sharply increasing in amplitude for the maerocyclic Cu (II) complex-catalyzed Belousov-Zhabotinsky oscillating system. The increasing in amplitude is linearly proportional to the logarithm of the concentration of phenol in the range of 2.0×10-7- 2.5×10-3 M, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 994 5. The probable mechanism involving the perturbation of phenol is discussed.
