摘要
海洋铺管船用张紧器的履带机构是其重要组成部分。张紧器的履带机构与普通履带机械的履带机构差别很大,不能直接应用履带机械的理论来进行运动学分析。在借鉴现有履带机械的运动学理论基础上,根据张紧器履带机构的自身特点,对履带机构的运动原理和运动学进行了分析和总结,得出了一套适用于张紧器履带机构运动学分析的方法。此方法对其他规格张紧器履带机构的分析有借鉴意义。
Track mechanism is an important part in pipe tensioner machine in offshore pipelay ves sel.Track mechanism of pipe tensioner machine is different from track mechanism of common track vehicle greatly,which can't apply the theory of track vehicle to analyze the kinematics.On the basis of making use of the kinematic theory of track vehicle in existence,and according to the characteristic of track mechanism in pipe tensioner,the motion principle and kinematics of track mechanism is analyzed and summarized,which get a set of method that is suitable for analyzing the kinematics of track mechanism in pipe tensioner.This method has the using for reference towards analyzing other standards of track mechanism in pipe tensioner.
