摘要 适度出砂生产是在有限度防砂基础上进行的高效油井生产方式。完成适度出砂开采,得到最大的投入产出比,就需要一种有效的出砂实时监测系统监测油井生产的出砂状况,为优化油井产能、选择合理防砂措施、制定合理的生产措施和开发方案等提供可靠依据。提出了一种基于振动信号理论的非植入稠油出砂监测方法,通过室内试验,得到了出砂监测信号与含砂量、携砂流速等出砂参数之间的关系,为进一步研究现场出砂监测设备打下基础。 Sand management is an efficient production style based on limited sanding in oil wells.In order to complete the works of sand management,and get the maximum input-output ratio,a real time sand monitoring system is needed to monitor the status of well production.The system can provide reliable basis for optimizing the well productivity,selecting reasonable sand measures,and formulating reasonable production measures and development programs.Besides,it is improper to change the flow path of the pipeline during monitoring in production field.Therefore,a method of non-intrusive sand monitoring based on vibration is brought up.During laboratory tests,the relationship between monitor signal and sanding parameters has been built,which establish a good foundation for further study of live sand monitoring.
