X65管线钢在微量H_2S环境中的腐蚀行为试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为解决部分油田在设计之初未考虑H2S腐蚀的问题,分析了微量H2S在目前和未来工况下对X65管线钢的腐蚀规律,检测H2S应力腐蚀开裂(SSC)及氢致开裂(HIC)倾向,并对常用缓蚀剂进行评价。结果表明:在模拟环境下,试样均匀腐蚀速率随H2S质量浓度的下降和含水率的升高而增大,未发现SSC和HIC裂纹。通过评价HYH-114型缓蚀剂满足使用要求,其质量浓度为50mg/L时缓蚀率达到86.46%。 A bunch of tests were carried out on the purpose of solving problems like hydrogen sulfide corrosion which was not considered at the beginning of designing,exploring trace H2 S corrosion behavior on X65 pipeline steel in the present and future operational condition,detecting the tendency of sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC),and also evaluating the common corrosion inhibitors.The results shows that:in a simulated environment,the uniform corrosion rate increases while the H2S concentration declines and moisture content raises;SSC and HIC cracks were not found;Type HYH-114 corrosion inhibitor meets the requirements,while the inhibition rate reaches a maximum value of 86.46% at the concentrations of 50 mg/L.
