The Integration of Standards and Patents——On the New Approach for Leading Enterprises of County-level Economy to “Host" the Leadership

本文以"标准"与"专利"两个技术因素为分析对象,从标准与专利融合的历史过程、法律基础、实践成效等的比较研究入手,以有效把握和利用好标准与专利融合的趋势和契机为目标,进而提出县域经济的龙头企业如何通过标准与专利结合,应对全球标准竞争的对策建议。

In this paper, the analyzing objects are two technical factors of＂standard＂and＂patent＂. Effectively making good use of standards and patents integration trends as the target, the writer comparatively studies on the history, legal basis, effectiveness of practices of the standards and patents integration of standards with patents, and then puts forward suggestions on how to combine patents and standards to deal with global standards competition for the leading enterprises in the county economy.
