摘要 随着电力通信网发展,作为通信网重要资源的光缆资源数量越来越庞大,管理也越来越重要。文章结合南京供电公司在电力通信光缆网络资源管理研发应用方面的经验,针对通信光缆网络的设计、施工、运维等工作中遇到的问题,提出在电力系统通信光缆线路资源管理系统中融入地理信息系统的设计思路,并验证此技术的特点、可行性与前瞻性。 With the development of electric power communication network, as an important resource of al- so more and more communication network, the quantity of optical cable resources are becoming larger and lar- ger, and the management is important. Combining the experience of Nanjing Power Supply Corporation in the management, development and application of power communication optical cable network resources, in accord- ance with the problems of communication optical cable networks in design, construction, operation and mainte- nance, the article proposes design ideas of power system communication cable line resource management system and introduces the main features. After the analysis of the electricity and communications applications of geo- graphic information system (GIS), it verifies the technical characteristics of this paper as well as feasibility and forward-looking. Based on solving problems in actual work, it improves the applications and management level of informationization in the field of electric power communication.
