对半导体激光引信主要光学参数测试技术进行了研究分析,通过一种半导体激光引信光学参数测试系统的构建,实现了对发射光束束散角、发射光束倾角、接收系统光轴角度、接收系统视场角度的全自动综合测试。

The main optical parameters testing technique of the semiconductor laser fuze are analyzed.Moreover,the divergent angle and the tilt angle of the emitting beam and the axis angle and the field of view angle of the receiving beam are measured automatically by using a optical parameter testing system of semiconductor laser fuze.
