输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管狭窄24例疗效分析(附视频) 被引量:14

Treatment of ureterostenosis with ureteroscopic holmium laser:report of 24 cases

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光技术治疗输尿管狭窄的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2009年12月至2012年5月采用输尿管镜下钬激光技术治疗输尿管狭窄24例患者临床资料,其中狭窄位于输尿管上段6例,中段10例,下段8例,狭窄长度0.5~1.5cm。所有患者术后均留置5F或6F双J管1根,术后1个月拔除。结果24例患者全部顺利完成手术,术中及术后无明显并发症发生。术后随访4~10个月,20例临床治愈,4例狭窄复发,再次行输尿管镜下钬激光内切开后痊愈。结论输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管狭窄具有操作简单、并发症少、恢复快等优点,是一种安全、有效的微创治疗输尿管狭窄的术式。 Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of ureteroscopic holmium laser for ureterostenosis. Methods Clinical data of 24 patients with ureterostenosis, who underwent retrograde treatment with holmium laser from December 2009 to May 2012, were retrospectively analyzed. Among the patients, the ureterostenosis were found at upper ureter in 6 cases, at middle ureter in 10 cases, and at the lower ureter in 8 cases, ranging from 0.5-1.5 em in length. A French 5 or 6 Double-J stent was placed after the operation and removed one month after operation. Results All patients were treated successfully; no perioperative complication was observed in all the cases. The patients were followed up for 4 to 10 months, and 20 cases were clinically cured, the other 4 patients had recurrent stenosis,and then was cured by a second ureteroseopic holmium laser intervention. Conclusions For ureterostenosis, ureteroscopic holmium laser incision is an effective, minimally invasive and safe method owing to the short operation time, less complications and fast recovery.
