摘要
目的比较两种不同温度冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切术后患者体温及寒战发生的影响。方法两组患者分别使用不同温度的冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗,未加温组:20℃~23℃,加温组:32℃-35℃。冲洗速度为100~110滴/min。结果两组患者在冲洗8h内,体温变化之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。但随着冲洗时间延长,冲洗量增加,体温变化之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。患者寒战发生:加温组2例(5.7%),而未加温组8例(25.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论患者术后持续膀胱冲洗时间超过8h,对冲洗液进行加温,可减少患者低体温与寒战的发生。
Objective Compare the effects of transurethral prostate electrocision to the body temperature and occurrence of shivering in patients after assisted with rinsing fluid at two different temperatures. Methods The patients of two groups were using bladder rinsing fluid at different temperatures. Without warming group: 20 ℃-23 ℃; Warming group: 32 ℃-35 ℃. Rinsing rate is 100-110 drops/min. Results During the 8 hours of rinse, the body temperature changes of patients in two groups has no significant difference between each other (P〉0.05). However, along with the extension of rinse time and increasing quantity of rinse fluid, there were significant differences between body temperature changes (P〈0.01). Patients' occurrence of shivering: in warming group 2 cases (5.7%), without warming group 8 cases (25%), There were significant differences between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions It is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of body temperatures and shivering in patients when given continuing bladder rinse time for more than 8 hours after surgery, as well as warming the washing liquid.
