思想政治教育是教育人、引导人、提高人的工作,承担着培养和提高官兵的思想道德素质、创新精神和坚强意志的使命。为适应我军使命任务的发展变化,军队思想政治教育应强化需求牵引,促进官兵全面发展,加强需求引导,提升官兵需求层次,增强需求培养,提高官兵需求意识,不断提高思想政治教育的针对性。

Ideological and political education shoulders the re-sponsibility of cultivating soldiers＇ ideological and political quali-ty, innovative spirit and persistence. In order to meet the new sit-uation, we should continuously improve the targets of ideological and political education through various measures.
