本文从教学与科研工作的内容和概念出发,阐述了在教育工作中两者的相互关系和作用。教学和科研是教育工作的两个联系紧密的部分,相互影响,共同促进教学工作,提高教育水平。在教育的更高阶段,两者应该是融为一体,不分彼此。

In this paper, we expound the relations between edu-cation and scientific research from discussing the content and concept of them. Education teaching and scientific research works are two interconnected parts. They influence each other, and jointly promote the teaching work, improve the level of edu-cation. In the higher stages of education, the two should be to-gether, regardless of each other.
