摘要
建构主义学习理论认为,知识不是通过教师的传授而获得的,而是通过学习者在一定的社会文化情境中,借助学习过程中其他人的帮助,利用必要的学习资料,通过意义构建的方式而获得的。建构主义学习理论为传统教学理论带来一场教学改革,教学的中心由教师向学生转移,也意味着教师和学生的作用的改变。在大学英语课堂教学中,要坚持以学习者为中心,积极创设出符合英语教学内容要求的相应情境,搭建新知识与旧知识间的相互联系,鼓励学生协作学习,从而引导学习者实现建构主义理论下的知识建构。建构主义学习理论对大学英语教学改革具有巨大的指导意义。
Constructivist learning theory holds that knowledge is not obtained through the teaching of teachers, but through the learner's meaning construction in a social and cultural context, with others' help and necessary learning materials in the learning process. Constructivist learning theory brings a traditional teach-ing reform, in which the teaching center shifts from teachers to students, and the role of teachers and students change. In college English teaching, we should adhere to learner-center, and ac-tively create content that meet the requirements of the corre-sponding English teaching situation, build the linkages between new knowledge and old knowledge, and encourage students' col-laborative learning, so as to guide the learner to achieve knowl-edge construction under the guidance of constructivist theory. Constructivist learning theory if of great significance to college English teaching reform.
