文学欣赏对学生语言能力的培养有着其他教学手段无法取代的优势。本文就文学欣赏与英语教学之间的有益关系、文学在英语教学中的重要性及文学欣赏与大学英语教学的有效整合等方面进行探讨,以期通过文学欣赏来提高英语教学效果、培养学生文化素养、拓展学生运用外语的综合能力。

Literature appreciation has the advantage of cultivating students＇ language ability which other teaching methods can not be replaced. This paper discusses the beneficial relationship be-tween literature appreciation and English teaching, the impor-tance of literature in English teaching, the effective integration of English teaching and literature appreciation. It aims to improve the English teaching, cultivating students＇ cultural accomplish-ment, expanding the comprehensive language ability of students by literature appreciation.
