我国宗教事务法治化探析

宗教是我国社会生活的重要领域,加强宗教事务法治化建设是依法治国的一个重要组成部分。我国宗教事务法治化建设在制度化程度、治理模式、农村宗教场所建设等方面还存在不足。鉴于宗教事务的长期性、民族性和复杂性等特点,必须加强宗教事务的法治化建设,通过健全宗教事务治理的法律法规,改善宗教事务治理的路径,维护信教群众的合法权利,涵养公众的道德,敦化人们的言行,促进社会的和谐稳定与健康发展。

Religion is important areas of social life, and strength-ening legalization construction of religious affairs is an important part of the rule of law. The legalization construction of China＇s re-ligious affairs has deficiencies in the level of institutionalization, governance model, and rural places of worship building. In view of the long-term, national character and complexity of religious affairs, the legalization construction of religious affairs must be to strengthen, through perfecting religious affairs governance laws and regulations, to improve the governance of religious affairs, safeguard the legitimate rights of religious people, conserve pub-lic morals, rectify people＇s words and deeds, and promote social harmony and stability and healthy development.
