对广东职教先驱黄巽职业教育思想与职业教育实践的研究

本文以黄巽于1933年创办的广东省立第一职业学校的建校文件与实践记录为主要研究依据。介绍了黄巽的生平和广东省立第一职业学校的创立背景,重点对黄巽职业教育思想及其在办学实践中的体现作了研究,认为黄巽对职业教育的内涵理解甚深,在理论与实践上有探索精神和创新精神,具有前瞻性,通过长时间的探究与实践,形成了民国时期广东职业教育中的一种典型模式。黄巽的职业教育思想对今天的职业教育仍具有启发与借鉴作用。

The paper is based on documents and records of Guangdong Provincial First Vocational School founded by Huang Xunin 1933 as the main research practice, and introduced the life of Huang Xun and establishment background of Guangdong provincial first vocational school, and focused on vocational education ideas of Huang Xun and reflection in educational practice, and considered vocational education meaning of Huang Xun profoundly understanding. Huang Xun had exploration and innovation spirit forward-looking in theory and practice, through a long period of research and practice, then that formed a typical pattern of Guangdong vocational education in the Republic. Huang Xun＇s vocational education thoughts still has the inspiration and reference on today＇s vocational education.
