摘要
生物修复在海洋石油污染治理中具有重要地位,虽然目前环境中可以培养的微生物比例很低,但微生物的基因资源十分丰富,因此借助宏基因组技术可以克服传统生物修复技术中微生物资源利用不充分的问题,为利用未培养微生物开展环境修复提供了有效途径。本文简要介绍了宏基因组技术实施的方式,并结合海洋石油污染的特点,对该技术的应用现状作了阐述。
Bioremediation technology plays an important role in dealing with oil pollution in the ocean. The environment is abundant with genetic resources of the micro-organisms even though the proportion of those micro- organisms that is capable of being cultured appears to be low. Metagenomic technology can help solve the traditional microbial bioremediation problem that micro-organisms use insufficiently, and provide an effective way to use uncultured microorganisms for environmental restoration. In this paper, the general process of metagenomic technology was introduced and application in bioremediation of marine oil pollution was discussed based on the pollution characteristics.
