Establishment of Rural Ecological Consumption Mode Based on the Construction of Ecological Civilization

指出了党的十八大报告把生态文明建设上升到中国特色社会主义事业总体布局的重要组成部分,而整个社会的生态文明建设离不开农民这一巨大消费主体的参与。我国的生态文明建设工作重点、难点在农村。发展农村生态消费是我国农村生态文明建设的有力支撑,对实现全社会可持续发展具有重大意义。从目前我国的现实情况看,我国农村的消费模式中还存在许多问题,阻碍了生态文明建设的进程,迫切需要从经济、制度、文化等不同层面做出努力,构建符合我国国情的农村生态消费模式。

The 18th CPC National Congress has raised the construction of ecological civilization to an important part of the whole construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, while the ecological civilization construction o{ the whole society cannot be without the peasants＇ participation. However, the difficulty of China＇s ecological civilization construction is in rural areas. The development of rural ecological consumption is the strong support of the rural ecological civilization construction, and is of vital importance to the realization of the sustainable development of the whole society. For the current reality in China, the rural consumption mode still has many problems which hinder the realization of the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, it is urgent to make efforts to construct rural ecological consumption mode from the aspects of economy, system and culture, and establish a mode which is suitable to Chings national conditions.
