企业社会责任对消费者行为的影响分析

摘要 文章一方面系统分析企业社会责任对消费者行为的影响,另一方面深入分析了消费者信任对企业履行社会责任的重要作用。此外,本文亦对企业如何实施有效的企业社会责任策略提供了决策建议。
