摘要
废铅蓄电池是再生铅的主要原料,其中的铅除金属外还含有不同数量的PbO、PbO2和PbSO4,因此其再生过程较为复杂,目前国内外主要采用火法和湿法回收铅。本文提出铁置换回收工艺并通过测量出水含铅量,基本不产生二次污染,操作简便,具有实用价值。
Waste lead-acid batteries can be made into renewable lead, which contains metal as well as Pb0,Pb02 and PbS04 of different quantities. Therefore its regeneration process is complex accordingly, and the main smelting methods are in the wet and the hot pot at home and abroad. In this essay, the method of iron replacement and disposal is proposed, and the amount of lead in water is measured. The result shows that the method for recovery of waste lead storage battery is easy to operate, hardly generate secondary pollution and of some value on industrial applications.
